A designated representative must be present for the inspection at the time of pick-up and delivery. The customer states that they are the registered legal owner of the vehicle(s), or authorization has been given by the legal owner to enter into this Agreement for Transport. |

A set of keys for the vehicle must be provided. These keys includes ignition, trunk, glove box keys, and any other keys for the vehicle(s). |

We need working phone numbers where you may be reached throughout your vehicle relocation. |

The vehicle needs to be clean. A clean vehicle helps in the performance of a quality inspection. |
|
|
Photograph vehicle conditions before loading and after offloading for your records. These photos will assist you if a damage claim is needed. |

|
The vehicle’s condition at pickup and delivery will be recorded on the Bill of Lading. You or the designated representative must sign the Bill of Lading at the origin and destination. This document confirms your agreement with vehicle conditions. |

If the vehicle is not operable, additional fees will apply. |

The vehicle must have no fluid leaks. |
|
|
The battery must be secure in the mounting bracket with no leaks. |
|
|
The gas tank must have a minimum of one eighth (1/8) tank of fuel, and no more than one quarter (1/4) tank of fuel. |
|
|
Alarm systems must be disconnected, disabled, or turned off. Please inform the driver if there are special instructions necessary to disarm the alarm. |
|
|
The vehicle must be prepared for the different climates. Please check all fluids including antifreeze, transmission oil, and other fluids. |
|
|
Antennas must be retracted or removed. |
|
|
Cassette decks or CD players not built in, phones, garage door openers, radar detectors, etc. must be removed. |
|
|
Tears in convertible tops should be sealed or repaired to prevent further damage by air during transport. |
|
|
Exterior spare tire covers, grill covers, or car covers must be removed. |
|
|
Loose parts and specialty items such as spoilers, fog lights, or mirrors must be removed or secured properly for transport. |
|
|
Pre-existing conditions may become worse during transport. Windshield nicks can expand, and poorly secured parts can loosen. We are not responsible for such conditions. |
|
|
Air dams or other low-hanging items should be removed to allow for proper loading and unloading. |
|
|
Luggage racks, bike racks, or ski racks that are non-permanent must be removed. |
|
Drain the fuel tank as low as possible. |
|
|
Secure all accessories, such as windshields, to the motorcycle. If helmets are to be shipped, they must be secured to the motorcycle. |
